Our region’s most influential and respected business, political, philanthropic, non-profit and civic leaders came together at the second annual Brain Ball to lead the fight against Alzheimer’s. The second annual Brain Ball built on the momentum of last year’s extraordinary success. Led by founding chairs Liz and Tom Donohue, the inaugural event raised more than $1.2 million dollars and elevated the profile of Alzheimer’s and its devastating toll on America’s families. In addition, it raised funds for cutting edge research and critical support services for individuals, families and caregivers facing the daily challenges of the disease.
All proceeds of the Brain Ball support the mission of the Alzheimer's Association to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. Our vision is a world without Alzheimer’s.
