THE PARTY Washingtonians flocked to explore The 24 at Pallas Penthouse Apartments, where Porsche of Rockville debuted the brand new Porsche 911. Porsche flaunted three of their latest models, while attendees toured the just-built penthouse units at The 24, a luxury apartment complex at Pike & Rose. While perusing the cars and fabulous apartments, guests enjoyed lights bites, a cigar rolling station, bourbon tasting and specialty cocktails.
THE PEOPLE From car-lovers to designers, everyone was in awe of The 24 and the cars. Notable guests included Mike Ennes, VP of Residential Branding and Operations of Federal Realty Investment Trust, George Stamatakos, VP of Construction of Federal Realty Investment Trust, Don Wood, President and CEO of Federal Realty Investment Trust, Lindsay Miniaci, owner of Sweetly Anchored Patisserie, and Tony Pereira, Project Executive at Skanska USE Building Inc.
BEST IN SHOW Vroom, Vroom! Besides the fabulous views of luxury cars and the sunset from the Pallas Apartments, the night included a cigar roller from DC’s Civil Cigar Lounge.
