Sundance descends on DC to promote Film Forward.
The Party: Ten of the most provocative filmmakers of 2011 gathered at the Canadian Embassy for a panel discussion on Film Forward, designed by the Sundance Institute.The People: An impressive guest list, including director Debra Granik and the legendary filmmaker Stanley Nelson. Best In Show: Afterward, the crowd, including actresses Kerry Washington and Alfre Woodard celebrated the evening at the Smithsonian Castle.
