THE PARTY March of Dimes hosted the charitable auction of a foodie’s dreams! Washington’s finest restaurants lined up to provide the eats for a room full of philanthropic elites at The Ritz-Carlton. THE PEOPLE WJLA-TV’s Leon Harris emceed the event, which featured the 2013 March of Dimes ambassador family, Redskins defensive end Stephen Bowen and wife Tiffany. Guests nibbled on treats from more than 30 area chefs and mixologists. BEST IN SHOW The gathering raised more than $230,000 for research to reduce infant mortality and premature birthrates.
