THE PARTY The fifth annual style weekend at Bethesda Row kicked off with an exclusive screening at the Landmark Theatre of The Tents, offering a behind-the-scenes peek at New York Fashion Week. Bethesda Lane rocked the following evening with actress and guest of honor Jessica Alba, who attended the highly anticipated fashion show and signed copies of her new book, The Honest Life. Future trendsetters rounded out the weekend during Chic Child on the Row. THE PEOPLE Glam guests included Drybar founder Alli Webb; Bluemercury founder Marla Malcolm-Beck; Georgetown Cupcakes founders Sophie Kallinis LaMontagne and Katherine Kallinis Berman (who emceed the runway show); Fox 5’s Laura Evans; and NBC 4’s Eun Yang, Angie Goff and Doug Kammerer. BEST IN SHOW Much like the best fashion festivals, guests got dolled up at an Aveda Lipstick Bar, relaxed at an Equinox massage station and indulged in treats by Georgetown cupcakes decorated with fondant book covers from Alba’s new tome.
