Jete Soirée

| April 28, 2011 | Parties

The Party: A secret warehouse was transformed into a boardwalk carnivale for the Jete Socitey’s annual sold-out soirée. Guests celebrated alongside a carnival of circus performers, fire breathers and ballet dancers, raising $55,000 for The Washington Ballet. The People: Jete Society Chairs Ashley Taylor and Winston Bao Lord played host to the posse of party-goers, who grooved to tunes spun by DJ Pitch One and munched on hot dogs, mini burgers and popcorn. Best in Show: The Washington Ballet’s dancers’ left guests gaga when they gave a hot performance to Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face.”
