The grand opening of PerSei—the first residential building in North Bethesda’s buzzed-about Pike & Rose development—brought out hundreds of glam guests excited to get a sneak peek at the new real estate.

The People
Montgomery County Councilman Roger Berliner and president and CEO of Federal Realty Don Wood were among the attendees who toured the luxe apartments.

Best In Show
In true house-party fashion, the crowded cocktail scene featured plenty of live music— including violinist Nistha Raj, beatboxer Christylez Bacon, sitarist Craig Phillips and video artist Sam Okerstrom-Lang.
