THE PARTY The Woodrow Wilson House celebrated the 25th year of its perennial Garden Party with a silent auction, hors d’oeuvres and drinks, including summer-appropriate watermelon coolers, catered by Occasions. THE PEOPLE Nearly 200 guests, including NBC News producer Will Rabbe, restaurateur Fritz Brogan III, and Slovenian Ambassador Roman Kirn, dawned their best hats for the occasion.
