Memory Serves

| December 5, 2012 | Parties

The Party Hemphill Fine Arts played host to an intimate gathering of art aficionados celebrating Assembled Memory, William Christenberry’s latest exhibition at the 14th Street gallery. The People Christenberry and his wife and business partner, Sandy, were joined by a gaggle of well-wishers, including the gallery’s directors, George Hemphill and Shira Kraft, who understood how rare personal appearances are for the much-acclaimed artist. Best In Show The installation, dear to Christenberry’s heart, took inspiration from trips to Hale County, Ala., where he was born.Photography by Kyle Samperton
