National Museum of Women in the Arts Fall Benefit

The National Museum of Women in the Arts' 25th Anniversary Fall Benefit will honor legendary singer/songwriter Melissa Etheridge with the NMWA’s Award for Excellence in the Performing Arts at this year’s event. The evening, which includes cocktails, a seated dinner, followed by the award presentation and an acoustic set performed by Melissa Etheridge, raisies funds for the Shenson Chamber Music Concerts, NMWA’s annual series showcasing women musicians. Melissa Etheridge’s impressive contributions to American rock and roll have placed her among the musical greats celebrated in the museum’s current exhibition, Women Who Rock: Vision, Passion, Power.
