Higher Achievement hosts its annual GoingPlaces! Gala. THE PARTY The fourth annual event at the Warner Theatre raised funds to support year-round academic programs for at-risk youth in DC. THE PEOPLE Mayor Vincent Gray, CEO Richard Tagle and sponsors raised their Schear Delight cocktails to toast honoree Mitchell Schear of Vornado/Charles E. Smith.
