All of DC's best restaurants are in our cozy and vibrant neighborhoods—and so are some of our finest art galleries. When cabin fever sets in after the holiday, consider this an art-food combo meal. Find a neighborhood gallery and keep walking to one of our favorite dining experiences.

1. Neighborhood: Logan Circle

New work from gallery faves like Mike Weber and Lori Katz is part of the thrilling Refresh VII this winter. Feb. 17-March 19

Restaurant: The Dabney
James Beard nominee Jeremiah Langhorne continues to shine at The Dabney in Blagdon Alley. Many thrillers dot the Mid-Atlantic menu, including Chesapeake oyster stew and Pig Farms duck (peanut-and-pepper romesco sauce!). Hyper-local is the theme here, and it has wowed enough guests and critics to earn its first Michelin star.

2. Neighborhood: Dupont Circle

Renoir and Friends has been the hit of the fall, with an exploration of more than 40 pieces that led to the creation of “Luncheon of the Boating Party.” Through Jan. 7

Restaurant: Nobu
All right, technically, Nobu isn’t situated alongside Dupont Circle—it’s on the western edge of the West End—but the short walk to this haven of Asian chic is worth it. The space, which opened in September, is all about symmetry and modern designs. The award-winning menu features standouts like miso-lavished black cod, as well as exquisite omakase options.

3. Neighborhood: Georgetown

Owner and curator Peggy Sparks has one of the finest contemporary-art minds in the city, and it shows in this space.

Restaurant: Bourbon Steak
This resto never loses its culinary edge. Case in point: Chef Drew Adams began his reign in the Georgetown resto’s kitchen late last summer, and the reviews have been impressive. The Baltimore-raised chef has worked with Robert Wiedmaier at Marcel’s and Aaron Siliverman at Rose’s Luxury. Look for Mid-Atlantic flourishes, especially his sublime take on Chesapeake crab cakes.
