Rooftop Realtors

| July 26, 2016 | Parties

THE PARTY Home is where the rooftop is! Tuxedoed waiters with lavender-infused hand towels greeted the top realtors of Long and Foster & Coldwell Banker, on two separate evenings, as they traversed The Hepburn’s stunning lobby for an intimate evening and private tour of the coveted new kid on the block’s apartments and breathtaking view. Guests began the evening with charcuterie, cheese and lofty glass vases of olives in the stunning lobby, continued their tour via elevator to one-bedroom and two-bedroom show apartments decked out with delicious bites and then topped off the evening – and building – with the rooftop’s sights. Amphora Catering brought their A-game for these all-star realtors!

THE PEOPLE All of the top Long and Foster and Coldwell Banker realtors toured the Hepburn’s prime real estate. Long and Foster’s Duane Giglia, VP of corporate advertising, and Larry “Boomer” A. Foster Jr., president of general brokerage; and Coldwell Banker’s Liz Lovern, marketing specialist, and Rick Hoffman, regional senior vice president, were all in attendance.

BEST IN SHOW Rooftop revelry! After making their way through the luxury apartment building, the bash reached a new level. The rooftop featured decadent desserts such as dipped brownie bites & pink champagne cake pops and other sweet surprises. A fruit & herb infused prosecco bar paired mango, strawberry and blueberry flavors with basil, thyme and lavender to sugar the already saccharine sights. Lastly, the Hepburn surprised guests with a flavorsome farewell in the form of Co Co. Sala chocolates.
