The Party
After a late-summer hiatus for a rooftop redesign, P.O.V. lounge at the W Hotel reopened its doors with an even sexier look and a brand-new menu.

The People
Partygoers, including Washington Wizard John Wall and The Daily Show With Jon Stewart’s Jason Jones, packed the balcony for a fete that included a performance by The Dolls and a DJ set by John Thornley of U.S. Royalty.

Best in Show
The revamped rooftop bar and lounge was the standout of the evening with its sleeker space and cheeky design details (like the wall made to look like red tape in a nod to DC’s bureaucratic roots), but, of course, P.O.V.’s spectacular White House view remained the star attraction! –Photos by Daniel Swartz
