A Time to Thrill

| June 28, 2011 | Parties

The Party: Vornado/Charles E. Smith President Mitchell Schear welcomed over 400 friends and real estate execs to Arena Stage’s production of A Time to Kill. The People: The ties that bind go deep as Arena had decamped to Vornado’s theater in Crystal City during the Southwest renovations. The Kogod Cradle in the stunning new building was named for Vornado board member and philanthropist Bob Kogod, and his wife Arlene. Daryl Roth, Vornado chairman Steve Roth’s wife, produced the acclaimed play at John Grisham’s request.
