Learn about the capital's underworld of speakeasies and bootleggers with remarks from Garrett Peck, author of Prohibition in Washington, D.C.: How Dry We Weren't, and sample Green Hat Gin from New Columbia Distillers, the first distillery to open in D.C. since Prohibition.
