Yogaso Ribbon Cutting Celebration

| August 11, 2015 | Parties

It was a day of celebration at Pike & Rose in North Bethesda when The Greater Bethesda- Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce hosted the official Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting of Yogaso Boutique.

Friends, family, Federal Realty representatives, Chamber members and government officials from the offices of Senator Barbara A. Mikuluski and Congressman Chris Van Hollen gathered to commemorate the realization of a lifelong dream.

Owner, Alem Beshir, was motivated to open Yogaso Boutique because she was in perpetual search of good quality, simple and affordable clothing for her three young children. Alem’s children are undeniably at the heart of her beautifully curated children’s boutique. Indeed, the name Yogaso comes from a combination of the first two letters of her children’s names. Yohannes, Gabriella and Sofia.

Alem recognizes that the celebration would not have been possible without the help and support of many. In her remarks, she gracefully thanked Jeff Hoffman CEO of Danya International, Erin Allen CEO of ConTemporaries, Inc, Steve Hull Publisher of The Bethesda Magazine, and Ms. Ginanne M. Italiano, President of the Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce for their commitment to working with small businesses such as Yogaso and giving her the opportunity to be part of the Montgomery County community in a meaningful way.

“To see my dream flourish into reality is a true blessing and I could not have done it without the most wonderful Family, customers and the support of many brilliant, encouraging and loving people” ~ Alem Beshir Photos provided by Yogaso
